1）机械或相关专业本科以上学历； 

2）5年以上机械设计或机电一体化工艺设计经验，有康复医疗器械行业从业经验者为佳； 

3）熟悉机械制造加工设备及原理； 

4）熟练应用Pro/E，UG、AutoCAD等软件； 

5）有SPC、DOE、FMEA知识和实际应用经验者佳
